We are a growing service-based business in Australia, and we are looking for a high-level Google Business Profile (GBP) Expert to help us resolve several ongoing issues and optimize our local presence. We need someone who has deep experience with Google’s strict policies for service area businesses (SABs) and can provide strategic solutions for the following: Key Challenges: Review Management: Investigating and resolving issues with missing or deleted customer reviews. Profile Optimization: Ensuring our business profile and maps presence are set up correctly for multiple service areas. Compliance & Reinstatement: Auditing our profiles to ensure 100% compliance with Google’s terms to avoid suspensions. Ranking & Maps Visibility: Improving our "near me" visibility and troubleshooting any map-related glitches. Requirements: Proven track record of resolving GBP suspensions and review-related issues. Deep understanding of Local SEO and Google Maps algorithms. Experience with the Australian market (preferred but not mandatory). Clear communication and ability to provide a brief audit/report on what needs to be fixed.
