We are seeking an experienced Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and Lead Generation Consultant to evaluate our business model and provide strategic guidance on building a scalable and compliant customer acquisition system. About Our Business Model Our operation is remote-first and structured as follows: * Customers contact us regarding computer, printer, software, network, email, and technology-related issues. * Leads are captured through our website, phone system, and marketing channels. * Leads are routed into our CRM platform. * Support requests are assigned to qualified technicians and support agents. * Most issues are resolved remotely using remote support tools. * Payments are collected online through approved company payment systems. * Customers generally do not visit a physical office location. * We do not operate a walk-in retail computer repair store. * In some cases, local technician partnerships may be considered, but our primary service delivery model is remote support.
