Review answering & management — Personal, SEO-aware replies on every review (no auto-replies), strategic use of keywords/geo markers to support map-pack justification snippets, plus negative/fraudulent review handling and disputes through Google Support. 4. Review velocity strategy — Audit our review-request process, give crews a simple framework for job completion, and provide clean review links + scannable QR templates. 5. Services & products menu upkeep — Continuously expand the Services and Products tabs with detailed descriptions across all ~20 services. 6. Transparent monthly reporting — Real outcomes only: phone calls generated, website clicks, and driving-direction requests. Who we're looking for: • Proven GBP management for local/service businesses • Strong grasp of the local map pack, justification snippets, and review signals • Excellent written English and conversion copywriting • Familiar with Google's review-dispute process • Bonus: home-services or contractor experience Start with "Wehoooo" in the beginning so I know it's not AI.
