Project Overview Charlene's Circle of Support is seeking an experienced Google Workspace and Google Classroom Consultant to design, build, and implement a scalable digital learning environment for the Kin2College program. The consultant will create a professional, user-friendly Google Classroom that supports youth engagement, curriculum delivery, assignments, communication, and participant progress while establishing the Google Workspace infrastructure needed to manage future program cohorts. Scope of Work The selected consultant will: Google Workspace Configure Google Workspace for Kin2College. Establish organizational settings and user roles. Create Shared Drives and folder structures. Configure security and access permissions. Set up Google Groups, calendars, and communication tools. Develop reusable templates for future cohorts. Google Classroom Development Develop a complete Google Classroom that includes: Welcome and Orientation Module Five CREST instructional modules Capstone Project Module Graduation and Alumni Module Configure: Topics Learning materials Assignments Google Forms Discussion prompts Reflection activities Quizzes (where appropriate) Progress tracking Student navigation The classroom should be easy for youth to use on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Curriculum Organization The Google Classroom should be organized into the following modules: Welcome Module Orientation and Program Foundations Module 1 Connection Module 2 Readiness Module 3 Empowerment Module 4 Strategy Module 5 Thrive Capstone Module My Future Starts Now Graduation & Alumni Module The consultant will organize content and create the digital learning structure based on curriculum materials provided by CCOS. Additional Responsibilities The consultant will: Develop Google Forms for participant intake, surveys, and evaluations. Create reusable assignment templates. Build participant portfolio folders within Google Drive. Configure Google Meet integration. Develop classroom navigation and branding. Create Google Calendar integration. Establish permission levels for staff, mentors, volunteers, and participants. Recommend workflow automations using Google Workspace tools where appropriate. Deliverables At project completion, CCOS expects: Fully configured Google Workspace environment Complete Google Classroom for Kin2College Cohort 1 Shared Drive with organized folder structure Participant portfolio templates Google Forms and survey templates Assignment templates Classroom branding and navigation Staff user guide Administrator training session (virtual) Documentation that allows CCOS staff to duplicate the classroom for future cohorts Preferred Qualifications The ideal consultant will have: Demonstrated experience implementing Google Workspace for nonprofits, schools, or youth-serving organizations Experience designing Google Classroom courses from the ground up Knowledge of instructional design and online learning best practices Experience creating engaging hybrid and virtual learning environments Strong Google Workspace administration skills Experience with Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Meet, and Google Calendar Excellent project management and communication skills Preferred experience includes: Youth development programs College and career readiness initiatives Nonprofit organizations Educational technology implementation Desired Skills Google Workspace Administration Google Classroom Development Instructional Design Learning Management Systems (LMS) Google Forms Google Drive Organization Digital Curriculum Development User Experience (UX) Design Educational Technology Process Documentation
