Summary

## **Job Description** **About us:** Australian cyber investigation firm. We help individuals who have been targeted by online fraud, using blockchain forensics, OSINT investigations, and digital evidence work. **The project:** We need a complete IMAGE creative package for a Google Demand Gen advertising campaign. This is an Australian-market campaign running across YouTube feed, Google Discover, Gmail, and Display Network. **No video required for this project — images only.** ## **Deliverables** Total: **12-13 images + 1 logo file** ### **Image assets (JPG or PNG, each under 5MB)** - **3 × Horizontal images** — 1200×628 px (1.91:1 aspect ratio) - **3 × Square images** — 1200×1200 px (1:1 aspect ratio) - **3 × Portrait images** — 960×1200 px (4:5 aspect ratio) - **3 × Vertical images** — 1080×1920 px (9:16 aspect ratio, for YouTube Shorts) - **1 × Logo** — 1200×1200 px on white or transparent background Each of the 12 core images should be a variant of the same visual concepts, resized/reframed for each aspect ratio (not just cropped — properly reframed for each format). **Recommended structure:** - 3 core visual concepts × 4 aspect ratios each = 12 images - Concepts can vary in mood, focus, and message pillar ### **Ad copy (delivered as a text document)** - 5 × Headlines (max 40 characters each) - 5 × Descriptions (max 90 characters each) - 1 × Business name (max 25 characters) ## **Creative direction** **Tone:** Professional, authoritative, calm. We are an investigation firm — think documentary/journalist tone rather than direct-response marketing. **Visual style:** - Clean, modern, professional - Blockchain / data visualization elements welcome - Australian context (subtle — flag, skyline, or landmarks fine) - Photography of professionals (representing investigators) OK - **NO stock photos of distressed people, crying faces, or "victim" imagery** — prohibited by Google policy - **NO "before/after" money graphics** - **NO fake UI elements** (fake play buttons, fake browser windows, arrows suggesting interaction) **Message pillars — build creative around one or more:** 1. Australian cyber investigators — we trace the source 2. Blockchain forensics for crypto fraud victims 3. Real cases, international coordination 4. Investigation and evidence service, not a recovery firm ## **STRICT compliance — read carefully** Google Demand Gen has stricter policies than regular Search ads. Any creative that violates these will get the entire ad rejected. **DO NOT include:** - The words "scam," "scammed," or "scammer" in text on images - Any promise of money recovery - Any exaggerated claims ("guaranteed," "100% success," etc.) - Any close-ups on distressed people or emotional imagery - Any imagery suggesting government affiliation (police uniforms, gov badges) - Any fake UI elements (fake play buttons, fake browser interfaces, misleading arrows) - Excessive text overlaid on images (Google penalises text-heavy images) - All CAPS or urgency language - Before/after imagery - Medical/health imagery **DO include:** - Clean, calm professional imagery - Australian branding cues (subtle) - Blockchain/data visualization elements - Our brand: CybearTrack, cybeartrack.com.au, CybearTrace Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 63 694 732 664) ## **Technical requirements — MUST FOLLOW** - **Safe Zone:** critical elements (text, logo, focal points) must be in the CENTRAL 80% of the frame. The vertical 9:16 format needs extra margins for YouTube Shorts UI overlays - **Text on images:** minimal only. Text belongs in ad copy, not baked into the image - **File size:** all images under 5MB - **File format:** JPG or PNG only (no animated GIFs) - **Logo:** solid white or transparent background, no additional text or graphic elements ## **What we will provide** - Our brand logo files (multiple formats) - Brand colours and fonts - Website URL for reference - Testimonials (anonymised) for inspiration ## **Skills / experience required** Please only apply if you have: - **Proven experience creating Google Ads image creative** (portfolio samples required) - Working knowledge of Google Ads image asset specifications - Ability to design across multiple aspect ratios (1.91:1, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16) - Understanding of Google Ads policy compliance for regulated categories - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent professional tools **Preferred (bonus):** - Experience with Australian-market advertising - Experience creating creative for financial services, legal, or investigation-adjacent categories - Ability to source original photography (preferred over stock imagery)
