Google Docs / Word: Recreate Existing HVAC Contract Into Fillable Digital Template

Title: Recreate HVAC Contract Into Fillable Digital Template (Google Docs / Word Online) I am looking for an experienced document designer to recreate my existing HVAC sales contract into a professional digital template. See attached file for a reference document. IMPORTANT: I want the digital version to closely match the original contract while making it significantly easier for customers to complete electronically. Project Requirements Recreate the contract with the same structure, sections, tables, and layout. The final template must be: * Professional and clean * Easy for sales representatives to fill out * Easy for customers to complete on desktop and mobile * Reusable as a master template Fillable Fields The sales representative must be able to quickly fill in: * Customer information * Address * Equipment details * Product descriptions * Pricing * Warranty information * Notes section * Payment information Customer Experience Requirements (Very Important) The customer must immediately understand: 1. Where they need to sign 2. Where they need to enter the date 3. Which fields require their action I do NOT want customers searching through the document trying to figure out where to complete information. Date Field Requirement The date field should be extremely simple for the customer. Ideally: * Customer clicks the date field * A calendar/date picker appears * Customer selects the date * Date automatically populates No manual formatting required. Signature Requirement The signature area must be obvious and visually highlighted. I would like the designer to use visual indicators such as: * Light color highlighting * Shaded signature boxes * Clear labels such as "Customer Signature Required" * Any professional design solution that makes the signing location unmistakable Visual Guidance Fields requiring customer action should be visually different from internal company fields. For example: * Signature fields highlighted * Date fields highlighted * Customer-required fields highlighted The goal is to reduce confusion and eliminate back-and-forth communication. Deliverables * Microsoft Word (.docx) * Google Docs version * Fillable fields * Clickable checkboxes * Date picker/calendar field if possible * Clearly marked signature areas * Mobile-friendly formatting * Easy-to-duplicate master template Future Workflow The template will later be linked inside our CRM. My sales team will: 1. Open the template from the CRM 2. Fill in customer and equipment information 3. Send it by email or shareable link 4. Customer signs and dates it 5. Contract is returned No CRM integration is required for this project.
