Google + Facebook Ads Manager for 3 Local Businesses — Lead-Focused, Long-Term

I run three Houston-area businesses and I'm hiring ONE ads specialist to own paid acquisition across all of them. I shoot my own photos and videos, so you won't start from scratch on creative — I need someone who turns ad spend into booked jobs and calls without wasting a dollar. This is hands-on, long-term, part-time work. Not post-boosting. Not a one-time setup. I want someone who builds, tracks, and improves campaigns that produce real phone calls, booked appointments, and completed lead forms. The three businesses: A mobile auto-repair service A home appliance repair service A short-term lodging operation near a major stadium What you'll do: Build and manage Google Search + Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns — separate campaigns per business Real keyword research and tight negative-keyword lists to kill wasted spend Review search terms regularly and block irrelevant clicks Set up conversion tracking and attribution so I can see exactly where every lead came from — Google vs. Facebook vs. Instagram, down to the campaign. Everything runs through GoHighLevel (our CRM) — that's the hub, and that's where tracking and UTMs need to land. GA4 / Tag Manager / Meta Pixel are fine, but they must feed GHL, not live separate from it Optimize for lowest cost-per-lead — not clicks or impressions Use my existing images/videos and tell me what else to shoot Send one simple weekly report: spend, leads, calls, cost-per-lead, and which platform produced each result Must have: Documented results for local / home-service / mobile / automotive businesses — screenshots, reports, or real cost-per-lead numbers (private client info removed is fine) Hands-on in BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Conversion tracking, call/form tracking, and cross-platform attribution experience GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus Budget discipline — every dollar accounted for Pay: $150/week to manage all three accounts. The first 2–3 weeks are a paid trial — lower my cost-per-lead and this becomes a steady long-term role with more responsibility and budget as I scale.
