Project Overview The Partnership for Public Service is seeking an experienced Google Ads and analytics specialist to help us optimize our Google Ad Grant account and establish robust tracking and reporting for our digital products, including the Federal Harms Tracker. Our goal is to maximize the value of our Google Ad Grant (up to $10,000/month in free advertising) while implementing the analytics infrastructure needed to accurately measure user engagement, conversions, and overall impact. Scope of Work The selected consultant will: -Google Ad Grant Optimization -Audit our existing Google Ad Grant account -Reconfigure campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targeting -Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant requirements -Develop a strategy to effectively utilize the full grant allocation where appropriate -Create campaign structures to promote the Federal Harms Tracker and related public resources -Reconfigure 1-2 old campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targeting Analytics & Tracking Setup -Audit current Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console configurations -Configure and document conversion tracking -Implement event tracking for key user actions -Track newsletter signups, downloads, outbound link clicks, form submissions, and other engagement metrics -Establish meaningful KPIs and success metrics Reporting & Documentation -Create a reporting framework and dashboard recommendations -Document all configurations and tracking methodology -Provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and campaign management -Conduct a knowledge transfer session with internal staff Desired Outcomes By the end of the project, we should be able to: -Effectively leverage our Google Ad Grant to drive awareness and traffic to the Federal Harms Tracker -Track and report on conversions and meaningful user actions -Understand how users discover and engage with our content -Measure campaign effectiveness and return on effort -Make data-driven decisions about future marketing investments Qualifications We're looking for someone with: -Demonstrated experience managing Google Ad Grants for nonprofits -Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console -Experience implementing conversion and event tracking -Strong understanding of SEO and paid search best practices -Experience creating dashboards and reporting frameworks -Excellent communication and documentation skills Proposal Requirements Please include: -Relevant nonprofit and Google Ad Grant experience -Examples of similar projects completed -Your recommended approach -Estimated timeline Project cost (fixed fee preferred)
