Google Ad Grants Specialist – Nonprofit Experience Required

Summary

YLabs is hiring an experienced Google Ad Grants specialist to optimize the existing Google Ads program for Asking for our digital health platform that helps young people in the US navigate sexual and mental health decisions. We have an active $10K/month Google Ad Grant that is running but underspending. We need a specialist who knows Google Ad Grants inside and out and can find the levers to optimize performance, increase spend toward the full monthly allocation, and improve conversion to meaningful actions on our platform. The scope requires thoughtful approaches to sensitive subject matters such as reproductive health, mental health, identity, and relationships. These are topics that platforms suppress, algorithms penalize, and content moderation systems flag aggressively. We need someone who knows how to structure campaigns, keywords, and ad copy that stay compliant. The scope: - Audit the current account structure, campaigns, ad copy, keywords, and conversion tracking - Identify why we're underspending the $10K/month and build a clear path to closing the gap - Restructure or expand campaigns - Refine keyword strategy around question-framed search behavior from young people (think "is my relationship healthy" rather than clinical terms) - Tighten negative keywords, geo-targeting (including state-level gating for legally sensitive terms), and ad copy This is a project-based engagement focused on optimization with some building new ads required. To apply, please submit specific examples of Ad Grant accounts you've optimized, what the spend was before, what it became, and what you changed.
