Google Ad Grants & YouTube PPC Expert (Islamic Market & Course Admissions)

We are an educational nonprofit utilizing the Google Ad Grants program (with access to substantial annual search credits) alongside a paid budget for YouTube advertising. We are looking for a brilliant, strategic PPC & Google Ads Expert to help us drive course admissions. Our target demographic is the Islamic market and audience, which requires a deep understanding of cultural nuances, values, language, and trust-building within the community. Furthermore, our admissions are hyper-seasonal (June to September). We need a specialist who can help us construct a powerful runway before June, and execute an aggressive, high-converting strategy during our peak 4-month window to ensure no credit or budget is wasted. Key Responsibilities: Max Out the Ad Grant: Build and optimize Google Search campaigns using our non-profit grant while maintaining strict Google compliance (e.g., maintaining the required 5% CTR, keyword restrictions, and GA4 tracking). Paid YouTube Strategy: Set up and manage a separate paid Google Ads account specifically for YouTube video campaigns to target prospective students. Audience Targeting: Create highly targeted audience segments tailored to the Islamic educational space. Pre-Season Setup & In-Season Execution: Build the infrastructure (landing page advice, conversion tracking, keyword lists) prior to June, and scale spend/optimizations rapidly during the June-September sprint. Requirements: Proven Ad Grants Experience: You must thoroughly understand how to manage Google Ad Grants. (Please do not apply if you only have standard commercial e-commerce experience; Grant compliance is a different beast). Deep Familiarity with the Islamic Market: You must understand the audience behavior, cultural touchpoints, and sensibilities required to market faith-based or community-aligned courses. Seasonality Scaling Mastery: Proven track record of managing hyper-seasonal campaigns where data must be reacted to daily. Analytics Expert: Flawless setup of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track meaningful conversions (course applications, sign-ups, etc.). Note on Structure: We are looking for someone to audit and build our strategy immediately so we are fully prepped and live the moment the admissions window opens.
