We are looking for a results-driven, highly analytical PPC Manager to take over, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns. We don’t just want someone to push buttons; we need a strategic partner who understands attribution, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and how to lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) If you are a master at turning ad spend into profitable revenue and love digging into data to find winning patterns, we want to talk to you. Key ResponsibilitiesAudit & Strategy: Complete a thorough audit of our current accounts to identify wasted ad spend and immediately patch leakages .Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, management, and continuous optimization of campaigns on [Google Ads / Meta Ads / TikTok Ads - list your platforms] .A/B Testing: Constantly test new ad copy, hooks, angles, and landing page variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Tracking & Attribution: Ensure server-side tracking, pixels, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) are firing flawlessly .Data Reporting: Provide a clear, no-nonsense weekly or bi-weekly dashboard tracking ROAS, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), CAC, and total spend. Required QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of dedicated PPC experience (please provide case studies or screenshots of previous performance metrics).Deep expertise in [mention specific sub-tools needed, e.g., Performance Max, Search Campaigns, Advantage+ Shopping, Google Tag Manager].
