Google & Meta Marketing Manager for 3 Cleaning Service Companies

We own 3 cleaning service LLCs and need a dedicated marketing manager to handle Google/Meta advertising, local SEO optimization, and social media presence across all three businesses. We’re looking for one exceptional agency to start with 1 company (3-month contract) with the opportunity to expand to manage all 3 for premium compensation. We prioritize quality over lowest bid. Top performers will be offered consolidation across all 3 companies. Scope of Work (Per Company) Google & Local Search: • Google My Business optimization, monitoring, and weekly posts • SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) optimization • Google Ads management (search & performance max campaigns) • Local Service Ads (LSA) setup and optimization • Google Business Profile photo/review management Meta Advertising: • Facebook & Instagram ad campaign creation and management • Weekly performance monitoring and optimization • Budget allocation and ROI tracking Social Media & Content: • 2-3 posts per week (Facebook & Instagram) to maintain active presence • Website blog content strategy and SEO-optimized post creation • Content calendar planning Deliverables & Reporting • Weekly reports (every Monday) showing: • Campaigns run & performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend) • Social media engagement summary • Wins & issues encountered • Strategy for the following week • Monthly strategy review (goals, adjustments, opportunities) Compensation Structure Option 1: Single Company (3-month contract) • $400-500/month Option 2: All 3 Companies (3-month contract) • $1,000/month ($333/company) • Better margin incentivizes higher-quality work Contract Length: 3 months with potential for renewal/expansion based on performance We’re Looking For ✓ Proven experience managing local service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing preferred)✓ Hands-on management (not just setup—active daily/weekly optimization)✓ Strong track record with Google Ads, LSA, and local SEO✓ Data-driven approach with clear reporting✓ Understanding that social media = presence building, not primary lead source for services✓ Team or freelancer who can commit to consistent weekly work Success Metric Best performer managing Company #1 will be offered immediate expansion to Companies #2 & #3 at $1,000/month total.
