We're a performance marketing agency managing Google Ads across multiple clients in lead generation and service-based businesses. We need a skilled Google Ads specialist for ongoing campaign management and optimization — someone who's hands-on, data-driven, and current with the Google Ads ecosystem. This is a long-term engagement for the right person. What you'll do Build, audit, and manage Search campaigns with solid keyword strategy and match type discipline Write and test RSAs with a clear asset and pinning strategy Manage Smart Bidding transitions and know when to use each bidding strategy Set up and QA conversion tracking via GTM, GA4, and offline conversion imports Maintain negative keyword lists and conduct regular search term report analysis Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommended actions Requirements Google Ads certified (Search and Measurement — please list current certifications in your application) 3+ years managing Google Search campaigns with measurable results Hands-on experience with RSAs, Smart Bidding, and conversion tracking setup (not just reading dashboards) Experience with lead gen accounts across multiple verticals Strong written English — you'll communicate directly with our team Please answer these 3 questions in your proposal 1.
