Google Sheets & Apps Script Expert Needed to Build Land Data Dashboard & Automation System

We are a vacant land investment company that purchases and markets land data at scale through SMS, direct mail, and cold calling. As our volume grows, managing dozens of spreadsheets has become inefficient. We need an experienced Google Sheets + Google Apps Script developer to build a scalable system that serves as our "single source of truth." What Success Looks Like I should be able to answer these questions in under 30 seconds: What counties do we currently own data for? What lists have already been marketed? What lists have never been touched? What lists are due for re-marketing? How many total records do we own? Show me every 10-year ownership pull in Florida. Show me every list pulled in March 2026. If these answers require opening multiple spreadsheets, the system has failed. What We Need Built 1. Master Dashboard List Name State County Years Owned Filter Record Count Date Pulled Date First Marketed Next Rehit Date Status Marketing Channel Notes 2. Status & Tag System Statuses such as: NEW READY TO MARKET MARKETING MARKETED REHIT DUE ARCHIVED UPLOADED TO SMARTER CONTACT TEXTING COMPLETE Channels: SMS MAIL COLD CALL SMS + MAIL 3. Rehit Management Automatically identify lists due for remarketing based on marketing dates and flag them as "REHIT DUE." 4. APN Suppression System (Critical) Before purchasing new data, we need to avoid buying records we already own. The system should: Maintain a master APN database Flag duplicates Generate an exclusion CSV with one click Export APNs for Land Portal suppression uploads 5. Import Automation Import raw exports Generate metadata automatically Update the dashboard Check APNs against suppression lists Flag duplicates 6. Drive Organization Recommend and implement a clean folder structure for Active Data, Archived Data, Imports, SOPs, and Training. 7. Documentation Provide a Loom walkthrough and instructions so our team can operate the system without developer assistance. Deliverables At completion, I should instantly know: What data we own What has been marketed What is due for rehit What lists are new What APNs should be suppressed before buying new data Future Expansion (Bonus) Land Portal has API access is available, including export endpoints.
