Google Slides Update

We are looking for an experienced investment banking or private equity professional to update an existing Investment Memorandum (IM) for a live fundraising process. The financial model has already been completed, and we have an existing IM. The primary objective is to refine, update and enhance the document so that it is investor-ready for family offices, institutional investors and sophisticated private investors. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Update and improve an existing Investment Memorandum (PowerPoint or Word) Incorporate the latest financial model outputs, forecasts and valuation Refresh investment highlights, market sizing and competitive positioning Strengthen the investment thesis and equity story Improve messaging, flow and overall readability Review consistency across all sections, charts and exhibits Enhance the presentation to an institutional-quality standard Identify gaps and recommend additional analyses where appropriate The financial model has already been built, so this is not a financial modelling assignment. However, you should be comfortable interpreting financial models and translating outputs into compelling investor materials. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with: Previous experience preparing Investment Memorandums (IMs), Information Memorandums, or Private Placement Memorandums Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or transaction advisory Strong financial analysis and valuation knowledge Excellent PowerPoint and business writing skills Experience preparing fundraising materials for institutional or professional investors Experience with roll-up strategies, buy-and-build platforms, or founder-led businesses would be an advantage.
