We're a property management company overseeing a portfolio of residential multifamily apartment communities, and we're looking for a digital marketing specialist to set up and launch paid advertising for several of our properties. What you'll do: Build and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, and Performance Max where it makes sense) for multiple apartment communities, geo-targeted to each property's local market Set up Facebook/Meta business pages for properties that need them, and structure them for both organic posting and future paid promotion Set up keyword strategy, ad copy, and budgets tailored to apartment leasing (we'll provide property details, unit mix, pricing, and concessions) You're a strong fit if you have: Proven experience running Google Ads, ideally for multifamily / apartment / real estate clients Familiarity with how apartment leasing works (lease-ups, seasonal demand, cost-per-lead vs. cost-per-lease thinking) Experience integrating ad lead forms with a CRM Meta Business Suite / Facebook Pages setup experience Nice to have: Experience with apartment ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow Rentals, etc.) Bonus if you've worked with property management CRMs To apply, please tell us: Examples of apartment or real estate campaigns you've run, with results if available Whether you'd prefer per-property or hourly based pricing, and your rate structure This will start with a few properties and expand across the portfolio if it goes well.
