Google Tag Manager & Conversion Tracking Specialist Needed (Audit + Fix + Optimize)

Warrenton Oil Company is seeking an experienced tracking/analytics professional to audit, repair, and optimize our tracking infrastructure across Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related analytics tools. Our primary goal is to achieve accurate, reliable conversion tracking across both our WordPress website (bradyhotel.us) and our third-party booking system (ASI WebRes). Project Background We currently run campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Microsoft. However, we are experiencing inconsistencies and gaps in conversion tracking—especially for booking actions that occur inside ASI WebRes. Because conversions span our WordPress site and a separate booking platform, we need coordinated and accurate cross-domain tracking. Scope of Work The selected contractor will: • Audit and refine our existing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup • Ensure accurate tracking for: • Facebook Pixel & Conversions API • Microsoft UET & conversion goals • Google Ads conversion tracking (as needed) • Google Analytics 4 events • Implement or correct tracking for ASI WebRes, including cross-domain tracking and booking-related events • Confirm all events and conversions fire properly and consistently across all platforms • Provide documentation of the final setup
Deliverables- Cleaned and verified GTM container(s).
- Working conversion tracking for all required platforms.
- Implementation notes and instructions for future updates.
- Admin walkthrough and training session to explain how the tracking setup works, how to review events, and how to troubleshoot basic issues.
