Google Workspace Expert for Real Estate Operations Platform Setup

We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace expert to help us professionally set up and organize a new Google Workspace environment for a real estate/property management operation. This is NOT simply creating email addresses. We are looking for someone who understands operational structure, permissions, scalability, and long-term organization. Our business includes: apartment operations self-storage operations accounting and vendor management maintenance coordination leasing and tenant communication document management ownership/trust-related asset management We need help designing and implementing: Google Workspace setup domain integration user structure aliases and groups Shared Drives permissions/access hierarchy organizational folder structure security best practices 2FA setup onboarding/offboarding recommendations shared calendars email routing/workflows file organization standards Ideal candidate: has extensive Google Workspace admin experience understands SMB operations preferably has experience with property management, real estate, law firms, family offices, or similar operational environments thinks strategically, not just technically can recommend best practices and help avoid long-term organizational mistakes communicates clearly and professionally Please include: Relevant experience Examples of similar Workspace setups Your approach to Shared Drive organization and permissions Security recommendations you typically implement Whether you provide documentation/training after setup We are looking to build this correctly from the beginning with scalability and continuity in mind.
