Google Workspace Migration – Two Domains to New Domain Overview We recently merged two organisations and need an experienced specialist to migrate data from two existing Google Workspaces (Gmail inboxes, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendars) to a single new domain. We have Super Admin access to both source Workspaces. Scope of Work - Audit both source Workspace environments and document the migration plan - Migrate Gmail inboxes (including folders, labels, and sent mail) for all users - Migrate Google Drive files and shared drives, preserving folder structures and permissions - Migrate Contacts and Calendars - Map users from both legacy domains to their new accounts on the new domain - Verify data integrity post-migration - Minimise downtime and disruption to users throughout the process What We're Looking For - Proven experience migrating Google Workspace / G Suite environments (please share examples) - Familiarity with Google's Data Migration Service, CloudM, MigrationWiz, or similar tooling - Strong understanding of DNS, MX records, and domain verification - Clear communication and a structured migration plan before work begins - Ability to work around business hours to minimise disruption Project Details - Number of source Workspaces: 2 - Number of users: 11–30 - Approximate Drive data volume: 2TB+ - Super Admin access: Available on both source Workspaces - Budget: $700 - $1000 (fixed price preferred) - Target completion: 5th June 2026 To Apply Please include: 1.
