Google Workspace Migration & License Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace Administrator to assist with a domain migration (@myluxvaca.com) today. We are transitioning our email operations from Outlook/Microsoft 365 over to Google Workspace and need hands-on technical execution to ensure seamless deliverability and zero data loss. Tasks & Deliverables for Today: 1. Workspace Plan Transition: Safely transition our Google Workspace plan from Enterprise Essentials to Business Standard without data loss or unexpected cancellation fees. 2. User Provisioning: Create and configure 2 new user accounts with @myluxvaca.com Gmail inboxes. 3. DNS & Deliverability Configuration: Update and verify domain DNS settings (MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) so all outgoing and incoming company emails route cleanly without landing in spam. 4. Data & Permissions Integrity: Ensure existing Google Drive files, shared drives, and user permissions remain completely intact throughout the plan transition. 5. Data Migration: Execute the email, calendar, and contact migration for 6 existing user mailboxes from Outlook/Microsoft 365 over to their corresponding Google Workspace accounts without data loss. Requirements: - Proven track record in Google Workspace Administration & M365/Outlook migrations. - Deep technical understanding of DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and domain authentication. - Available for immediate turnaround today.
