Google Workspace MX Records / Email Not Receiving Issue

I have a Google Workspace account set up with a custom domain. The account is active, the domain is verified, and Gmail is activated in the admin console. Everything looks correct on the Google side but emails sent to my domain bounce back with a 550 Mailbox does not exist error. The issue is with the MX records. The domain is registered on Namecheap but the nameservers are pointing to a third party hosting provider where my WordPress site lives. Because of that I can't edit DNS records directly in Namecheap, and I don't currently have access to the hosting control panel where the DNS is managed.
