Google Workspace Administrator — Drive Sharing Policy & Ongoing Support We are a nonprofit organization running Google Workspace (Nonprofit edition) and need an experienced Workspace administrator to resolve an active configuration issue and provide ongoing support. The immediate problem: We have restricted external Google Drive/Docs sharing org-wide, with an Organizational Unit override intended to allow specific users to share outside our domain. The OU is configured and shows as "Overridden" in the Admin Console, but the override is not functioning as expected — affected users are still unable to share files externally. We need someone who can diagnose why the policy is not propagating correctly and implement a reliable, enterprise-grade fix. Ongoing scope: Beyond the immediate fix, we are looking for a long-term Workspace administrator to provide support including substantial Drive cleanup, policy governance, and general Workspace administration as needs arise. You should have: Demonstrated experience with Google Workspace Admin Console, specifically Drive and Docs sharing policies and OU-based access controls Hands-on experience with GAM (Google Apps Manager) for scripted administration and bulk operations Familiarity with nonprofit or enterprise Workspace environments Strong diagnostic instincts — we have already attempted the standard OU override approach and need someone who can identify what is failing Please include relevant experience and your proposed diagnostic approach in your application.
