We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who specifically has hands-on experience running and optimizing YouTube Shorts ad campaigns. Our goal is simple: we want our ads to be delivered specifically on YouTube Shorts, rather than broadly across YouTube, Google Display Network, or other placements. What You'll Be Responsible For Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns specifically focused on YouTube Shorts placements Configure targeting and campaign settings to maximize delivery on YouTube Shorts Minimize/avoid irrelevant placements such as websites, apps, and non-Shorts inventory Monitor campaign delivery, CPM, CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall performance Optimize targeting, bidding, audiences, creatives, and campaign structure Troubleshoot placement and delivery issues Provide clear reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement Requirements Proven experience with Google Ads / Google Ads Manager * Strong understanding of YouTube advertising and YouTube Shorts inventory * Previous experience running ads specifically on YouTube Shorts * Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results or relevant case studies * Strong understanding of Google Ads targeting, placements, bidding, and optimization * Ability to clearly explain how you will ensure the campaign focuses on YouTube Shorts Important Please do not apply if your experience is only with traditional Google Search Ads, Display Ads, or general YouTube Ads.
