Summary

I’m looking for a real Google Ads offline conversion expert who has experience with home service lead generation and lead quality optimization. This is not a basic tracking setup. I need someone who understands how offline conversion data affects Google Ads bidding, lead quality, tCPA, conversion actions etc. Right now, we are running Google Ads for a home service business and using WhatConverts for lead tracking. Current setup: We report relevant / quotable leads back to Google as primary conversions. For jobs that close, we upload the actual sale value. For jobs that do not close, we leave the value as $0. We have been doing offline conversions for a while, but the lead quality is still not where it needs to be. Around 40% of the leads are poor quality, price shoppers, or people who do not want to pay. I spoke with my dedicated Google Ads support rep, and she recommended setting up a better offline conversion funnel using multiple conversion actions: Quote Requested Qualified Lead Job Booked Job Completed I also spoke with WhatConverts, and they told me this likely needs to be built using Lead Intelligence / lead qualification rules inside WhatConverts and they set this up in whatconverts but now i need to do it in google and make sure it's integrated correctly. I need someone who can help me properly set up and structure this so Google gets better-quality data, without choking the campaigns or killing lead volume. The goal is to improve lead quality through better offline conversion reporting. The Google rep also mentioned uploading / connecting the data through Audience Manager and connecting it with WhatConverts, so I need someone who understands the correct way to do this as well. **Please do not apply if you only know basic Google Ads conversion tracking.
