Google and Facebook Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to help manage and optimize advertising campaigns for an eCommerce brand. The brand currently has an advertising budget of approximately ₹5 lakh/month and we are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, scaling, and profitability-focused growth. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities Improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency Plan and execute creative testing strategies Monitor audiences, placements, bidding, and budget allocation Provide actionable insights based on data Identify issues and recommend improvements across the funnel Requirements: Proven experience managing eCommerce ad accounts Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Understanding of Shopify/eCommerce metrics Knowledge of scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Good communication and reporting skills Working Style: We prefer someone who takes ownership of the account, communicates clearly, and focuses on business outcomes rather than just campaign execution.
