Government Contracting & Proposal Writing Specialist (UNGM, RFP/RFI/RFQ, GSA)

We are seeking an experienced Government Contracting & Proposal Writing Specialist to support our team in identifying, pursuing, and responding to international procurement opportunities, primarily through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) and similar platforms. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs from UN agencies (UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, FAO, etc.) - Prepare compliant, competitive proposals and bid submissions from start to finish - Develop technical and financial proposals tailored to specific evaluation criteria - Manage the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity identification through submission - Set up and optimize tender monitoring tools (e.g., Jorpex) and notification rules - Navigate procurement portals including UNGM, UN eTendering, and agency-specific systems - Ensure all submissions meet formatting, compliance, and documentation requirements - Maintain a library of reusable proposal content (capability statements, past performance, team bios) IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: - Proven track record of winning contracts through UNGM or similar UN/government procurement systems - Direct experience writing proposals for international organizations (UN, World Bank, EU, etc.) - Familiarity with UNGM vendor registration, Express Interest workflows, and submission portals - Experience with Jorpex or similar tender aggregation/monitoring platforms - Understanding of GSA schedules and U.S. government contracting (bonus, not required) - Strong project management and quality assurance skills - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with subject matter experts FOCUS AREAS: Our services span digital transformation, AI/data analytics, translation/localization, website, marketing, creative, ad management, and management consulting.
