Title: Government Contract Bid Coordinator & Subcontractor Outreach Specialist Needed I am looking for an experienced professional to help me with government contract bidding and subcontractor coordination. I currently have several government bid opportunities that I am reviewing. I need someone who can help manage the process from understanding the bid opportunity to getting reliable subcontractor pricing and preparing a profitable bid. Responsibilities: - Review government bid documents and explain clearly what the project requires. - Help me understand the scope of work, requirements, timeline, and potential challenges. - Contact subcontractors professionally by phone and email to obtain quotes. - Build communication with subcontractors and confirm their availability and pricing. - Make sure subcontractor pricing is reliable and that they can commit to the work if the contract is awarded. - Help organize quotes, costs, and potential profit margins. - Assist with preparing information needed for submitting competitive bids. - Communicate everything clearly in professional English. Requirements: - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with contractors and vendors. - Experience with government contracts, RFPs, procurement, estimating, or subcontractor coordination preferred. - Ability to read and understand bid documents and explain them in simple terms. - Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
