Government Procurement & Proposal Specialist

Government Procurement & Proposal Specialist Dedicated Janitorial Service is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Government Procurement & Proposal Specialist to identify government contracting opportunities and manage the bid and proposal process from initial review through final submission. The ideal candidate will have experience researching federal, New York State, and New York City solicitations, preparing compliant proposals, coordinating required documents, and submitting bids through procurement platforms such as SAM.gov, NYC PASSPort, and the NYS Contract Reporter. Key responsibilities include reviewing RFPs and bid requirements, maintaining proposal deadlines, preparing technical and administrative sections, coordinating pricing and supporting documentation, and ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant. Experience with government contracting, MWBE/WBE-certified businesses, and janitorial, facility maintenance, construction, or building-service proposals is strongly preferred.
