Government Proposal Writer / Pricing Support – Federal Contracting

We're a boutique legal and consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., focused on emerging technology law: AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and health tech. We hold an active GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract and are certified as an SDVOSB and WOSB. We're looking for someone with experience in federal government proposals to support our business development pursuits. Ideal skills & experience: Experience writing or supporting federal government proposals (RFPs, RFQs, task orders) Familiarity with GSA schedules, SAM.gov, or small business federal contracting (SDVOSB/WOSB a plus) Comfortable with cost/pricing structures (labor categories, fully loaded rates, margins) Strong writing and attention to detail Able to work independently and meet deadlines
