This is a first-mover opportunity. EMT is a new product in an underserved market with documented demand and grant funding available for eligible agencies. The reps who build this territory now establish long-term recurring revenue relationships with the agencies they close. What You'll Do: - Identify and engage law enforcement agency decision-makers (chiefs, sheriffs, grants managers, emergency management directors) within your territory - Present EMT as a compliant, grant-eligible solution to a documented field problem - Guide agencies through the 30-day pilot process (no setup fees, full feature access) - Support JAG and COPS TEP grant applications with sample budget language provided by FastDial - Convert pilots to annual contracts - Report activity and pipeline status to FastDial leadership weekly What We're Looking For - Existing personal relationships with law enforcement decision-makers — this is the single most important qualification - Track record of closing technology sales to government or public safety agencies - Familiarity with government grant cycles (JAG, COPS TEP) strongly preferred- Former law enforcement background a plus but not required - Prior experience selling for Axon, Motorola Solutions, Tyler Technologies, Carbyne, Versaterm, or similar public safety technology companies highly desirable - Self-directed, relationship-driven, comfortable with longer government sales cycles - Florida-based candidates given priority; national candidates with strong LE networks also considered Compensation - 12% commission on all first-year contract value — uncapped - $750 bonus per signed 30-day pilot agreement - No cap.
