Grading Plan / Flood Study for 3+ Acre Site

Summary

I have a recent topography survey in a CAD file. There is floodplain on the site. I intend to reshape the flood way through a grading plan to show that there will be no net impact on the floodway. See the attached survey. Page South, there is a section that is out of the floodway. the plan is to excavate that and add it to the house paid to make it a more full home site
