Grant Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Grant Writer to join our team remotely. This position begins with a paid trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, long-term role for the right candidate. 📋 ABOUT THE ROLE As our Grant Writer, you will research, write, and submit 15–20 grant proposals per week across a variety of funding sources. You will work closely with our team to understand program goals and translate them into compelling, funder-ready applications. ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities • Write clear, persuasive, and well-structured grant proposals • Submit 15–20 grants per week consistently • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with funder guidelines • Track submissions, deadlines, and outcomes • Collaborate with program staff to gather supporting information 🎓 IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS • Master of Public Health (MPH) or degree in a health-related field strongly preferred • Excellent written English — near-native fluency required • Prior grant writing experience is a plus, but motivated fast learners are encouraged to apply • Strong understanding of public health programs and funding landscapes • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 📈 HOW IT WORKS This position starts with a trial period to ensure a great fit on both sides. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and quality writing during the trial will be offered a full-time position with ongoing work and stable compensation.
