Summary

We are seeking an experienced Federal Grant Administrator with demonstrated expertise in FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), federal grant compliance, and 2 C.F.R. Part 200. The selected consultant will initially support the preparation of a proposal for a Florida utility and, if awarded, provide ongoing grant administration and compliance services.

Skills and Expertise

Mandatory skills

Five or more years of experience administering federal grants. Demonstrated experience with FEMA HMGP, Public Assistance (PA), or BRIC programs. Strong working knowledge of 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (Uniform Guidance). Experience with reimbursement documentation and federal procurement compliance. Familiarity with Davis-Bacon, BABA, NEPA, and federal reporting requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
