We need a graphic designer to create professional yard signs for Hive ADU. These signs will be placed in front yards at ADU project sites, so the design must feel clean, premium, professional, and respectful of the homeowner’s property. It should not look like a cheap sales sign or cluttered advertisement. The sign should use this layout direction: ADU Project by should appear small above the Hive ADU logo. The Hive ADU logo should be the main visual focus. The website and phone number should appear below the logo. The CSLB license number should be small but readable near the bottom. The sign must include: Small text: ADU Project by Hive ADU logo as the main focus Website Phone number CSLB license number in small readable text Strong branding Clean layout Good readability from the street Professional construction/home-builder look Proper print setup Please design versions for: Sign Size Use 36" wide Main yard sign 24" wide Smaller sign version Final deliverables must include: Print-ready PDF files Editable source files JPG/PNG previews Versions for both sign sizes Proper margins, bleed, and safe zones if required by the printer Revisions until the final design is approved and ready for print Designer should provide at least 2 to 3 design concepts, including: A clean minimal version A stronger branded version A premium front-yard project sign version Please send relevant samples, price, turnaround time, and confirmation that print-ready files, editable files, and revisions until approval are included.
