Graphic Design & Native ads

We're a performance creative agency producing paid social and native ads for DTC brands. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can also create native-style ads. This is a production role. You'll be working within an established creative system, ideating your ow graphic designer or making them according to the creative strategist's briefs + the same for native ads What you'll be doing: Designing static ad creatives for Meta and other platforms Producing native-style ads, compelling image paired with long persuasive copy Working from briefs provided by the creative strategy team Maintaining brand consistency across multiple products and niches Delivering on weekly deadlines as part of a fast-moving pod What we're looking for: Strong graphic design skills with a performance mindset, you design to convert, not just to look good Experience writing or working with long-form direct response copy for native ads Familiarity with product advertising Fast turnaround, reliable, detail-oriented Portfolio showing both static ad design and native ad examples
