Graphic Design Support Needed

We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to support our team approximately 20–30 hours per week. We’re looking for a reliable long-term partner who can create polished, on-brand marketing materials for girls, families, volunteers, and community audiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing for youth- or family-focused brands, can follow established brand standards, and is comfortable bringing fresh creative ideas to the table. Projects may include flyers, social graphics, email/web graphics, presentations, event materials, campaign assets, and light motion graphics. This role requires someone who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, manage quick-turnaround requests, and produce high-quality work with excellent attention to detail, including proofreading, formatting, brand consistency, and final file accuracy. Responsibilities include: * Creating visually appealing, on-brand designs across digital and print formats * Adapting existing templates and developing new creative concepts when needed * Producing Canva- and Adobe-based assets, export-ready files, and editable source files * Collaborating with our team and incorporating feedback quickly * Organizing final deliverables and working with shared asset libraries * Creating simple motion graphics or animated assets as needed Tools: Must be able to work in Canva using our account. Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred; please specify whether you have access to Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign. Final deliverables may include Canva links, PDFs, PNG/JPG exports, and editable source files when applicable. You may need to access our SharePoint site for assets and final deliverables.
