Graphic Design Virtual Assistant – Remote | 30 hrs/wk | Long-Term

Description: We're a DTF (direct-to-film) transfer company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Graphic Design VA to join our team long-term. This is a part-time remote position with consistent, predictable hours. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 hours per day Compensation: $500/month (fixed) What You'll Do: Fix and prep customer-submitted artwork for print production Remove and clean up backgrounds on product images and artwork files Resize, reformat, and optimize graphics for our print process Respond to customer service emails (questions, order updates, file issues) Miscellaneous admin tasks as assigned No phone work — all communication is written Tools We Use: Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (required) Our internal design tools (training provided) You're a Great Fit If You: Have solid experience in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop Are comfortable with background removal, file cleanup, and print-ready art prep Communicate clearly and professionally in English via email Are dependable, organized, and self-managed Are available during consistent daytime hours (M–F) To apply, please include: your portfolio or samples of artwork fixes/background removal work, your availability, and a brief note about your relevant experience.
