I have a draft PDF of a commemorative poster honoring a family member's Hall of Fame induction and I need a designer to turn it into a polished, print-ready physical piece. The poster is 16×20 inches landscape, two panels side by side, dark background with gold accents — think Sports Illustrated Hall of Fame tribute. Every call card on the poster needs an editorial photo of that specific moment sourced from Getty Images or AP Images (one photo per moment, 11 total). All text content is fixed and provided in the attached brief — do not change any quotes, names, or dates. Final deliverables must be print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with bleed and crop marks, a high-res JPG, and the source file, because this is going to a print shop to be physically produced, framed, and given as a gift. Budget is $150–$400 inclusive of photo licensing. Deadline is July 10. Please share a WIP mockup before finalizing and include 2–3 examples of similar print work in your proposal.
