We are looking for an upbeat, visually driven Graphic Designer to join our creative family and work hand-in-hand with our Advertising Creative Strategist and Videographer to bring our vibrant brand to life! The Role As our Graphic Designer, you will be the visual heart of our online presence. Your creations will do more than just look pretty—they will bring our eco-friendly mission to life, making our digital spaces welcoming, beautiful, and easy to love. You will spend your days collaborating closely with our Creative Strategist to turn fun, strategy-backed briefs into eye-catching visual realities. This is a highly collaborative role where you, our strategist, and our videographer will act as a tight-knit creative engine—cheering each other on, trying new design ideas, and learning together what resonates most with our community. Note: We are looking for a teammate with a genuine passion for E-Commerce design, particularly someone who loves creating clean website mockups, engaging Amazon assets, and vibrant static advertising images. Key Responsibilities ● Website Mockups & Graphics: Design beautiful, user-friendly website mockups, landing pages, and fresh graphic elements for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) store to make our customers' online shopping experience smooth and delightful. ● Engaging Ad Assets: Create bright, thumb-stopping static images and multi-format assets for Meta Ads, Google PMAX, Amazon Ads, and beyond, perfectly matching your visuals with our strategist's copy and angles. ● Amazon Store Presentation: Craft stunning product images, gallery stacks, and high-impact A+ Content for our Amazon Product Detail Pages to welcome shoppers and share our pod's benefits clearly. ● Email Marketing Visuals: Design cohesive, engaging graphics for our email campaigns that make our subscribers smile and look forward to their morning brew. ● Social Media Creative: Produce vibrant, on-brand graphics for our organic social channels that reflect our energetic, eco-conscious, and friendly identity. What We’re Looking For ● A Warm, Collaborative Partner: You genuinely love working with others, brainstorming as a team, and welcoming feedback with an open mind. ● An E-Commerce Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your love for digital design—including high-performing static ads, clean website layouts, and beautiful product presentations. ● Amazon Design Know-How: Comfort creating Amazon-specific graphics, gallery images, and A+ content that look incredible and help a product shine. ● Design Tools Fluency: Great proficiency in design tools like the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI/UX mockup tools like Figma. ● Curiosity Over Ego: You enjoy seeing how your designs perform! You treat data as a helpful friend, using insights from our creative testing to cheerfully tweak and improve visuals over time. ● A Love for Coffee & the Planet: You’re excited to show up every day and use your design superpowers to help us share a product that genuinely does good for the world.
