We are building a modern, premium brand with ambitious plans for growth across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & AI Content Creator to help bring the Collea brand to life through engaging visual content. We are seeking someone with a strong eye for design who is comfortable using the latest AI-powered creative tools to produce high-quality images, videos, social media content, and marketing assets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a premium wellness brand. Responsibilities Graphic Design Create social media graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest Design promotional banners, website graphics and email marketing creatives Produce product-focused marketing materials Develop visual assets that align with Collea's premium brand positioning AI Content Creation Generate lifestyle and product imagery using AI tools Create short-form video content using AI video platforms Develop engaging content concepts for social media campaigns Produce static and animated creatives for organic and paid marketing Video Editing Edit influencer and UGC content Create reels, TikToks and short promotional videos Add captions, transitions and branding elements Repurpose content across multiple platforms Brand Development Help maintain a consistent visual identity Contribute creative ideas for product launches and campaigns Stay up to date with design and AI content trends Essential Skills Strong graphic design portfolio Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools Experience creating content for social media platforms Understanding of luxury, beauty, wellness or lifestyle branding Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work independently AI Tools Experience (Highly Desirable) Experience with some or all of: ChatGPT Midjourney Flux DALL·E Runway Kling AI Veo Canva AI CapCut AI ElevenLabs Leonardo AI Bonus Skills Photography Videography Motion graphics Shopify design experience Amazon A+ Content design Experience working with beauty, wellness or supplement brands Influencer content editing What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: ✔ Thinks creatively and proactively ✔ Understands premium brand aesthetics ✔ Loves experimenting with AI tools ✔ Can turn ideas into compelling visual content quickly ✔ Wants to be part of building a brand from the ground up
