Graphic Designer — Ecommerce & Social Media Creatives

XANDRO Lab is a Singapore-based longevity supplement brand. We sell across our website, ecommerce platforms, and social media. We have an established brand system — typography, color palette, tone, and visual language — and we need a designer who can work within it and bring their own thinking to every brief. The Role We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to support our existing team on an ongoing basis. You will be creating on-brand visuals across multiple formats and channels. Work will be assigned in batches with clear briefs and turnaround timelines. What You Will Be Creating 1. Ecommerce listing images (product main images, secondary images, infographics) 2. Website banners and promotional assets 3. Social media posters and static ad creatives 4. Occasional email headers and campaign visuals What We Are Looking For 1. 2+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showing ecommerce and/or social media work 2. Strong grasp of brand guidelines — you read a brand system and apply it accurately 3. You do not need constant direction. You understand the brief, flag what is unclear, and deliver 4. Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) 5. Attention to detail on dimensions, file formats, and export specs Bonus: experience designing for supplement, health, or lifestyle brands Working Style 1. Remote and async. We communicate over WhatsApp or Slack 2. Briefs will be shared with references, copy, and specs 3. We expect questions upfront, not revisions at the end 4.
