Graphic Designer For 7-Figure Health E-commerce Brand

We are an 8-figure health and wellness e-commerce brand focused on natural pain management solutions. We’re looking for a top-tier, fast-moving Graphic Designer who understands what drives conversions on platforms like TikTok, Meta and Instagram so that we can scale our brand from $1m/month to $3m/month. This is not a basic design role—we need someone who can blend strong visual storytelling, direct-response design, and smart CRO strategy to turn ideas into persuasive ad creatives. Your Responsibilities: * Design static UGC-style creatives optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Craft visuals that guide the customer from solution aware to most aware, integrating pain points, problem/solution framing, and strong CTAs. * Work with supplied assets, transforming them into attention-grabbing and conversion-focused creatives. * Create graphics, image ads, text overlays, advertorial visuals, thumbnails, and other assets to enhance engagement and conversions. * Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand messaging, positioning, and audience behavior. * Turn around designs within 24–48 hours, maintaining both speed and high-quality output. * Stay updated on ad creative trends in health, wellness, and female-focused products. Requirements: * Proven experience designing ad creatives for DTC e-commerce brands (health/wellness a huge plus). * Mastery of design platforms like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools. * A keen understanding of conversion psychology and how to create scroll-stopping hooks, clean layouts, and irresistible CTAs. * Fast, reliable communication and strong attention to feedback. * Ability to manage your time efficiently and meet weekly deadlines without hand-holding. Ideal Candidate: * You have designed winning ad creatives in health & wellness niches and can show performance-backed examples. * You're obsessed with trends and can reverse-engineer why certain ads perform well. * You know how to structure a creative that grabs attention and drives clicks. * You love working fast without sacrificing creative excellence.
