Graphic Designer Needed (Adobe/Photoshop) (Full-Time/Long-Term)

Key Responsibilities - Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content using Adobe Photoshop for the brand. - Edit, retouch, and manipulate images to meet project requirements - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs align with branding guidelines and objectives. - Develop creative concepts and execute them for digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and more. - Maintain and organize a library of design assets for easy access and consistency. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. - Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc., is a plus). - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly photo editing and manipulation. - Exceptional attention to detail and creativity. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret design briefs effectively. - Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Requirements: - Must work and be online during US hours (9AM CST - 5PM CST) - Access to Adobe and Canva - Communication Starting rate is $3/hr. Do NOT apply if you are apart of an agency.
