Graphic Designer Needed – Athletic T-Shirt Design (Fast Turnaround)

We're looking for a graphic designer to create a print-ready athletic T-shirt design with a quick turnaround. We already have the logo, brand colors (including our magenta color palette), and overall design direction. We simply need someone with a strong eye for apparel design to bring it together into a clean, modern design that is ready for printing. Design Requirements: Front: Large "650" graphic as the focal point. The 650 should feature a gradient/fade effect contained within the outline of the numbers only, using our magenta color palette. The shirt itself should remain a solid color—the fade should exist only inside the "650." Modern, athletic, youth-focused aesthetic with a premium streetwear feel. We're open to creative ideas that make the shirt stand out while keeping it clean and wearable. The 650 should remain the focal point, but we'd love to see concepts that incorporate movement, depth, texture, or other subtle design elements to create a bold, premium athletic look that youth will be excited to wear. Back: Include our nonprofit logo (logo files will be provided). Design should be optimized for a performance/moisture-wicking athletic shirt. Final Deliverables: Print-ready vector artwork and source files (AI, EPS, or SVG) High-resolution PDF PNG mockup for review We're Looking For: Experience designing athletic apparel or streetwear. Strong typography and layout skills. Ability to take an existing brand and turn it into a polished apparel design. Fast communication and a quick turnaround, as we are on a tight production timeline.
