Graphic Designer Needed – Branded Coaster Artwork Design

We’re looking for a graphic designer to create artwork for branded event coasters, aligned with our existing brand identity. The coasters will be used at corporate/customer networking events, so the design needs to feel professional, clean and premium — not too busy or gimmicky. Scope: Design artwork for standard-size coasters Create a design aligned with our brand guidelines, colours and logo usage Provide 2–3 design concepts/options Prepare final artwork as a print-ready Adobe Illustrator file (.AI) Include correct bleed, margins and print setup Provide export versions for review, such as PDF/PNG/JPG Design direction: We want something simple but visually strong, suitable for a premium event environment. The design should work well on a regular coaster size and not rely on too much text. We will provide: Brand guidelines Logo files / brand mark Any required copy Printer specifications, if available Final deliverables: Editable Adobe Illustrator file (.AI) Print-ready PDF Preview files in PNG/JPG Fonts outlined or packaged, as required Please share examples of similar print artwork or branded merchandise you’ve designed before, especially coasters, event collateral, packaging or premium brand applications.
