Graphic Designer Needed to Create 24-Page Commercial Pool Products & Services Catalog

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to design a professional, print-ready catalog for AquaSource, a Horizon Commercial Pools company. This project consists of 12 spreads (24 total designed pages, including front and back covers) and will showcase our commercial pool products, equipment, and services. The catalog should have a clean, modern, industrial feel that aligns with our existing branding and appeals to commercial aquatic facility operators. Project Scope - Design a 24-page catalog (including front and back covers) - Create the catalog in Adobe InDesign - Follow AquaSource brand guidelines while incorporating a few small references to Horizon Commercial Pools - Create a consistent layout and visual style throughout the catalog - Design pages featuring major equipment categories, including: Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Controllers & Automation, Chemical Feed Equipment, Pool Accessories, Additional equipment categories. - Design service-focused pages highlighting: Equipment Repair, Commercial Pool Renovation, Equipment Installation, Training & CPO Certification, Other commercial pool services - Prepare the final file for professional printing We Will Provide - Brand guidelines and logos - Product information and written copy - Product images (where available) - Examples of previous catalogs for reference - Direction on page order and content Requirements - Strong portfolio demonstrating catalog, brochure, or product guide design - Experience designing for print - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required), Illustrator, and Photoshop - Excellent typography and page layout skills - Ability to organize technical information in a visually engaging, easy-to-read format - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Custom Graphics Required - In addition to the catalog layout, this project includes the creation of two custom, vector-style graphics: - A commercial swimming pool illustration identifying major pool equipment and components. - An equipment room illustration identifying major mechanical equipment and system components. These graphics should be clean, professional, and designed to match the overall look and feel of the catalog. They should be original artwork (not stock illustrations) and clearly label the featured equipment. We will provide guidance on which equipment and components should be included, along with reference photos and examples. Deliverables - Print-ready PDF with bleeds - Packaged Adobe InDesign project, including the editable .INDD file - Linked images - Fonts (if licensing allows) or outlined fonts - Any supporting files used in the design To Apply Please include: - 2–5 examples of catalogs, brochures, or similar print pieces you've designed. - Your estimated timeline for completion. - Your fixed-price quote for the project. - A brief description of your experience with Adobe InDesign and print catalog design.
