Graphic Designer Needed to Edit Logo/Image, Replace Background, Enhance Quality & Deliver Vector PDF

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to modify an existing image. Project Requirements: Remove the current blue background and replace it with a different shade of blue. Enhance the overall image quality to HD, ensuring the letters and pillars are sharp and clean. Vectorize the artwork and provide a print-ready PDF vector file. Deliver the final files in high resolution, along with the editable vector source file *FILE MUST BE IN EPS or PDF vector.* We already have the original image and will provide it once the project begins. Requirements: Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software. Strong attention to detail. Ability to recreate and vectorize artwork accurately. Quick turnaround is preferred.
