Graphic Designer Needed to Finalize a Digital Product Catalog for Home Decor Collection

The Project I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to finalize a digital catalog for a collection of decorative home accessories. The content is already prepared: product descriptions are finalized, product photos are available, and the overall visual direction has already been defined. I am not looking for a complete redesign or rebranding. The structure, content, and general design direction are already established. However, I welcome improvements in layout, typography, image presentation, visual hierarchy, spacing, and overall polish to create a professional and elegant catalog. The catalog will be published online through a platform such as Issuu and may later be translated into French. ________________________________________ What Is Already Completed • Product descriptions finalized • Product photos available • General design direction established • Brand assets available • Catalog structure defined The objective is to elevate and finalize the presentation, not to reinvent the concept. ________________________________________ Scope of Work Catalog Layout • Design and finalize an approximately 38-page catalog • Create a clean, elegant, and visually consistent layout • Integrate existing text and photography • Improve visual flow, readability, and overall presentation • Optimize the catalog for digital viewing Reusable Templates A key part of this project is creating reusable templates. I would like 2–3 page templates that allow future products to be added easily by replacing text and photos without redesigning the page from scratch; some sections will use repeated layouts. Image Enhancement • Light retouching and optimization of selected product photos • Improve presentation where needed • If certain images are not suitable, I can provide replacement photographs Product Index Create a structured product summary section at the end of the catalog. The exact information to be included (reference number, dimensions, materials, pricing, etc.) will be confirmed before production. ________________________________________ Deliverables • Adobe InDesign source files (.INDD) • 2–3 reusable page templates • Web-optimized PDF ready for upload to Issuu or a similar platform • Product index section • Short instructions explaining how to update the templates for future products Although the catalog is initially intended for digital publication, I would like the design structure to remain suitable for a future printed version if needed. ________________________________________ Software Adobe InDesign is preferred. The catalog is intended for online publication today, but I would like to preserve the possibility of producing a print-ready version in the future without redesigning the entire document.
