Graphic Designer Needed – Packaging & Pouch Production (Adobe Illustrator)

We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer with consumer packaged goods (CPG) packaging experience to help prepare our luxury wellness brand packaging for manufacturing. About the Brand
Miracle Hill is a modern, premium wellness and spa brand inspired by luxury retailers like Sephora. We already have the branding and product designs—we need someone to ensure they’re production-ready. Responsibilities ● Format existing pouch designs for print production ● Create dielines and artwork that meet manufacturer specifications ● Resize artwork for multiple pouch sizes ● Ensure proper bleed, margins, safe zones, and CMYK color setup ● Prepare press-ready PDF and editable Adobe Illustrator files ● Position logos, text, and graphics accurately on stand-up pouches ● Make minor layout refinements while maintaining the brand aesthetic ● Communicate directly with the packaging manufacturer if technical adjustments are needed Requirements ● Strong experience designing flexible packaging (stand-up pouches preferred) ● Expert in Adobe Illustrator ● Experience creating print-ready packaging files ● Understanding of packaging production requirements ● Excellent attention to detail ● Ability to deliver organized, editable source files Nice to Have ● Experience with luxury beauty, skincare, wellness, or food packaging ● Portfolio featuring pouch or flexible packaging projects Deliverables ● Production-ready pouch artwork ● Editable AI files ● Print-ready PDFs ● Manufacturer-ready files that require minimal revisions To Apply
