Graphic Designer Needed — Trade Show Marketing Materials (3 Pieces)

We're exhibiting at a romance author conference in July and need print-ready files for three marketing pieces. All design concepts and copy are finalized — we need execution, not ideation. Deliverables: Floor retractable banner (33×81") — dark background, CraveBooks logo at top, hero headline, tagline, and 4 partner list logos in the lower section. Most critical info at top in case bottom is obscured by table. Tabletop retractable banner (standard size) — "Win $200 in Free Promotions" with a QR code (URL provided) and secondary CTA to drop a business card. One-page handout (8.5×11", double-sided optional) — service overview, key benefits, partner logos, and call to action. Assets provided: All logos (CraveBooks + 4 partner lists), brand guidelines, all copy, and a visual mockup showing layout direction. Requirements: Print-ready PDFs at correct DPI (300+) with bleed and crop marks Source files included (AI or PSD) Turnaround within 5–7 days Experience with trade show / event print materials preferred Please include samples of similar print work in your application Brand aesthetic: Deep navy background, blue/purple accent, clean and professional. Romance industry audience.
